Do you know when the fiscal year end for Clifton is? I called them during the holidays and left a message for them to send me their latest data. I guess I hit it right on getting in at $0.65.

All the best for 98

Norm.

<< i would guess they own somewhere around 60% FD >>

That would mean 12M shares on a total of 20M shares outstanding, possibly a bit high.

According to the numbers in the Jan 17th 97 prospectus, the Moellers (individual and trusts) seem to control 3.2M shares. American consolidated Mining (ACMC), a corporation controled Bill Moeller, also onws 1.3M shares of CFV for a total of 4.5M shares. All this was before the issue of 2.8 shares and the distribution of 4.0M warrants.

I don't know if they participate in this issue. But I doubt it. My guess is that, with all options outstanding ,they own approx. 25-30% of Clifton, in other words, a major controlling position by all standards.
