Jim,

I'm seeing some chart similiarities to early October 97. APCO moved from 4.75 to over 6 by mid October ... no doubt on earnings.

The current chart pattern and candlesticks look ammazingly similiar. IMO, APCO is setting up a similiar move here during the next few weeks. There is still strong trendline support under APCO.

APCO should definitely be able to come in with strong EPS this quarter especially with the immediate revenue from SAH. I have been sitting waiting for one last purchase on this stock since it did not break out from the last short term triangle. I think the timing is correct to make this purchase since stronger uptrending support is about to take control.

Whatta ya think ?
Mike

Jim,

On average, due companies usually report good earnings before market opens and bad earnings after the close? I've always wondered if there was any significance to this type of timing.
If there's no generally accepted wisdom on this, what do you think based on your experience?

thanks!
