Last trade - .60 cents

Schwab says it has traded about 1,200 shares, so at 60 cents that's about $700 worth of stock.

It appears to be bid 65 cents, and offered at $1.70.

If you liked it at $1.20, ya gotta love it at 60 cents, if only they could file their financials!

Anyone have any idea what happens next with a stock like this? Do they usually eventually file, or sit on the OTC for years, or each case is unique?

I wasn't expecting a "we can't get the filings in" announcement. As I understand the founders have 70% of the stock outstanding, they've got the most at stake to get the filings up to date.
