That's the bet (ior value proposition).

I am upping my position in the CTL & LVLT position looking to buy LVLT (that converts to CTL shares & cash). It's the same value thesis but a slightly different revenue growth model. In both examples, it's the utilization of their assets w/ new IT software infrastructure and a good marketing plan to grow revenues.

This tends to be the case for most of the value Buys I make. You are right that it's the end result of growing revenues that produce growing EPS. However, when you get to that point in the investment, fair/full value should have been realized.

There may be a slight benefit to the U.S. mergers as we have the Trump tax cuts that may/should help future profitability. The market has been trying to price the Trump 'effect' into these stocks.
