They still need to investigate and charge him. I guess they can do both Trump's Foundation and Hillary's at the same time. Makes no difference to me.

Trump can use the time tested libtard Dem strategy of deny, deny, deny until he gets in Office. Then he can instruct the FBI & AG to find none of the charges against him are prosecutable. Obama and Hilliary set the precedent.
