Just use copy and paste, Ed, once you have the text on your computer. Under the Edit menu. Select the text first, then use the Copy command. Insert your cursor into the reply area and then use the Paste command.

Ed,
If you have a document in a wordprocessor format just copy and paste it into the response window for this thread. You will have to have both programs running simultaneously but you have already done the work of scanning -----> word processor. You may not be able to use the mouse and dropdown menu to paste and may have to use the keyboard command to paste it into the response window CONTROL V (hold down control key and hit the v key.

Edderd Re: "(off subject). They all acquire images. I can acquire images run them through Textbridge (OCR) and import them into word or other wordprocessors but How do you get them into this thread? ".

Ed. my son's asleep but I ' ll try and answer that and when he wakes up I'll have him look it over.

After you acquire image and run them through OCR and import them on
Microsoft Word then go to Edit and copy the whole text. You then get
on- line( unless you were already on-line); make sure the 1/4 inch vertical black cursor is inside the response window of the post; go back on Edit and click paste; the whole text should then appear.
