Trump is not going to do anything constructive for two reasons: one, he doesn't know how to do anything, and two, he doesn't care. He does not read books. In my opinion, it's important to distinguish between an administrator and a tyrant. Trump has no interest in administering this country at all. His goals, are going to be the same goals that Putin has. He is going to organize the plutocrats, with him as the leader and take control of the country both for his personal wealth and his love of power. And he will wield the power of the US for revenge. He is big into revenge. One of his mottos is if they do something bad to you, do it back to them tenfold. Everyone is noticing that the people he's appointing for the most part have little knowledge of the positions he's putting them in. They are being put their for reasons of loyalty, pay back for supporting him, and also to bring them inside the tent so that he has power over them. If you bring people like Romney into the tent, then Romney can't shoot at you, he has to defend you. And he can then also exact revenge. It is useless, to talk about him doing anything constructive for the country. Look at his new education secretary. He could not have picked a worse person if he tried. She is a hard-core right-winger, who has contempt for public schools and wants to destroy the public school system with a voucher system funded by the public that parents can use to send their kids to Christian schools where they will be taught the earth is 6000 years old and people and dinosaurs lived on the earth at the same time. I just think it's important to remember that this guy is not going to help the people. He considers us all housekeepers.
