Again, you are being distracted by the small concentrations. Because your reasoning skills are weak, you miss the big picture. It doesn't take much to make a difference. Again, Earth without an atmosphere is far colder than an Earth with one. Its atmosphere is but a small fraction of its overall mass, yet it makes a difference. Just look at what a difference a very small percentage of the oxygen in the atmosphere when in the form of ozone can make. As to your graph, as I pointed out, the amount of water vapor in the air is a function of temperature. Therefore, it isn't really relevant because it is a fixed value,. The amount of CO2 isn't a fixed value because we are increasing it. If you had basic understanding of the principles, you would know that. But, you don't. So Dunning-Kruger kicks in.
