Although some states require some form of ID before voting, California, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Vermont, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Washington, D.C. all require no identification before voting.

those 3 million votes from illegals likely came from California mostly. There are millions of illegals here and there are many places in los angeles you can't go unless you speak spanish.

California has motor voter laws. They now allow illegal aliens to get driver's licenses and they are then automatically registered to vote. That is the biggest illegal voting apparatus.
