time window remains 2018 - 2026 Can live with that. If you believe the real estate 17-18 year cycle the next top should be around 2022-24.. Too much intervention by the fed for too long should shorten the cycle though.. Need repeal Dodd Frank get the animal spirits flowing again in the mortgage market been dormant entire Obama years. Meanwhile US stock market cap to GDP now almost 200% but was just 40% when Reagan became president. Oh the power of falling interest rates, lowering tax rates and growing deficits
