There are Windows 10 tablets and hybrids, but they are not considered as good as iPads.

Since I'm a MS user, is there a comparable product that I might consider?
I have a PC laptop and an iPad. The iPad doesn't have much of a learning curve and being a MS user won't be a drawback to you. I have an 89 YO friend who I introduced to the iPad. He'd never used any type of computer and was unfamiliar with all computer conventions. He took to it right away.

I'd say go for it. It's easy to use and very convenient. You'll probably end up using it more than your computer.

I bought a Windows 10 64-bit tablet from Microsoft store on sale for $59. It is pretty awesome. If you see a deal like that, I would go for it...
