Kenneth:
My sincere apologies for bringing up the sugar/coke subject.
I was drinking coke and looking at some 1997 Dell thread re-runs like the following:
www3.techstocks.com
Felt a bit queasy, and was just about to throw-up on my dawg, when wife shut off the computer and immediately I felt much better. So it wasn't the coke, must have been something else making me sick.

I am hoping that Dell gets a lot more of that free advertising
provided by the analysts, ibm, hwp, cpq etc. The ones that say
"we are copying Dells superior BTO/JIT/internet model, trying to become as efficient as Dell"
Later in the year we may see a class action lawsuit by the 1000
stores being shut-out by CPQ after working their tails off to
to make the company succesful. I don't hope for that, it is just
one reason I own more Dell than CPQ. It does highlight the difference in attitude between Dell( who takes care of
stockholders and others who contributed to his success),and
a nominal company.
Sig
