You're very cpu-centric. a top end chip-head. That's ok. but
I think you miss the market of the regular consumer almost completely.The
regular joe out there that is in the 60% group of non-users doesn't think
nearly the same way as hardcore pc users.
Intel's competition is anything that diverts disposable income away from
pcs. It could be a family holiday or a new car or whatever.
