You are suggesting selling Puts as opposed to night writer (Post 12598) suggestion selling Calls.. Are you guys intending the same result and am I just confused on the terminology? Is it the same (Selling Puts=Selling Calls)? and one contract = 100.
Sounds like a good suggestion if I weren't confused about how to execute the strategy... He He (Oh the price I pay for ignorance)
Anyway thanks for your suggestions if you care to respond further.
By the way .. If you have been following the postings by jorge... You may have noticed he is looking for an entry point into CPQ. Maybe he ought to be involved in this discussion as well.
Steves profections for CPQ is 70 by Jan 31st so your strategy looks workable in either case.

Mike, what would you do with Jan 55s? Roll out? Sell at a loss? Use the put-selling strategy you described to Night Rider?
Curious and running out of time, Dakota.
