Everyone knows it was The Clinton tax increases that Allowed for a surplus and it was George W. Bush's unwillingness to monitor Wall Street that caused the crash of 08;And his huge tax cuts for the rich that ballooned the deficit when he was president. Bush was so dishonest he fought the Iraq wore off budget. Did you know that? Birds of a feather.
