Trump is a proven loser. He has had far more business failures than successes, and there's no reason to believe those percentages will change just because he's moving into the White House.

I was in Panama City a few months ago. While there, I met personally with several Trump Ocean Club International condo owners.

The people I met with have, so far, managed to financially survive Trump's relationship with the building, but just barely, and with no assurance they will survive much longer.

A lot of what happened there is available online if you care to search for it. It's a pretty sad story, but it's not unique. He and his family literally used a storage closet to almost bankrupt the condo owners before they were able to band together to force Trump out of the condo association. His company business model is to take the money and run, leaving others to pay the debts it incurs.

Trump's company still operates the hotel there, and is putting in a casino, but the people who actually live in the building have successfully forced Trump's company out of the condo management. The place has a bit of a war zone truce feeling to it at the moment. It could flare up again at any time.

A similar story played out in many of the buildings he leased his name to. Tampa, Toronto, Baja, Atlantic City, Ft. Lauderdale, Las Vegas and many more. He leaves a trail of financial destruction in his wake, always blaming others and leaving them to pay the bills.

He's repeated the formula in cities all over the world, and gotten away with it because the investors in each city bought the Trump hype and thought their problem with him was an anomaly. They didn't realize Trump was doing the same thing everywhere.

Now that he's on a global stage, hopefully he will no longer be able to go from town to town, committing the same, serial financial crimes against investors.

I doubt he will complete a full four year term.

Perhaps my business understanding isn't on a par with yours, so I will defer to your expertise and ask for your help.

Can you explain what, exactly, is a "mid level CEO"?

My rudimentary business knowledge tells me there's a CEO at the top level of the company, but your mention of a mid level CEO got me curious. How many CEO levels are there in a company?
