Jack, the following appears to be a solicited response (hey I managed one solicitation today) technically, the strong has broken back above 1-5/8 and thus it should be bought, yet I am not buying here. I am still sitting on the side line and these are my reasons:

I think the recent rally was a release of the tax selling pressure, not a breakout based on fundamentals.

I believe that gold will break down again.

I believe the genral market is ready for a fall.

I believe hyping in neighboring DD's will draw funds from this quite one.

The next bump up in price is partially in anticipation of a news release (and the current run could go to 2.25 but I think we have seen the top) in the next week or two, and once these news are out we will once again go into a slow chinese torture process of declining prices.

English is a wonderful language, you solicit by sendin unsolicited messages, do I understand the drift or the bounces to my head from my turnip truck have resulted in permanent impairement of my reasoning? In the latter case, take the above statements with few grains of salt.
