If people start shooting one another, the Great Orange Faced One will be pleased. Just look at the fake Romney drama. He invites Romney to talk, acting like he's going to pick him for SoS. Then he sends out Kellyanne (now actually verified by both Kellyanne and Sideshow Don) and other surrogates (like Newt & Huck) to attack Romney. It's all a game. He's signaling to his cultists to fall into a rage and they do like simple-minded nitwits. He's been doing this all along, setting up a target to hate - Megyn Kelly, Ted Cruz (and family), Paul Ryan, Mitt Romney, the entire Bush family - and his cultists grind their teeth with white hot hate for whoever he targets. He treats them like trained monkeys. He'll do this his entire Presidency. He wants his supporters enraged and his enemies enraged. Turning the country into a reality show with everyone at one another's necks.
