Isn't Apple going down the tubes slowly. How are they ever going to compete with $699 PCs

I finally gave up on IOM on 12/30 and sold my entire position. It was hard after holding IOM for 16 months and losing money.

Just need to put the money in stocks that has a little more future hope over the next 6-12 months. Decided to put 25% each in KLAC, INTC,CSCO and WDC. As it turns out I made more on 1/2/98 than I did over the last 18 months with IOM. It just seems that IOM is never going to be seriously respected from the big fund managers and will therefore never really take off when the market gets hot... can't imagine what would have happen last week if the Nasdaq was down 70 rather then up 70.

Good luck to all of you. I enjoyed reading your thoughts regarding IOM. I just wished I could have financally benefited from all the hopes and dreams that have not yet materialized with IOM.

I agree with Truff when she thought the split was a mistake...
