Mary, If you were the one that posted 24 lines per day a few post back. Then I would say thats not a bad estimate for most programs.
However, It should be made clear that 24 lines includes
Design, Code, Test, and Delivery. I have some experienced programmers
working on a familiar problem so our productivity is a bit higher.
It is about 50 lines per day.

If you just talk about the coding phase. Coders can produce a couple of hundred SLOC per day.
