Not really, not a government agency or government thing... all local, maybe county or Statewide only, and all volunteer... it can be done by a grassroots effort... as another poster already said, we almost have it already, it only needs to be organized... each of us can simply enjoin as a participant no differently than those nut case lunatics do when they carry out isis type attacks on their own... all of us are already Minutemen, we only have to realize it and then be prepared... it's our choice, we can be victims or we can be ready... Replace political correctness with patriotic correctness... GZ
