Eric, ACRO wouldn't be at the CES, their big show is the NAB in April, which I think is when the big push will finally start. According to Hulick's paper on their web site, as of Nov. 21 the ACT transmitter did not have the final bugs worked out. If it is by now, a lot of stations will be interested it it. Have you seen anything about when the FCC ruling on the MSTV motion will be made? There were something like 50 addtional adjacent channel allocations in it, although there were at least three from the original allocation that were no longer adjacent. Any buying in the last few weeks would have been obscured by tax selling. Don
