I have come to the conclusion that regulatory relief should be largely aimed at small business big business s/ b subject to greater scrutiny / controls. However, those "controls" should be passed on and voted by Congress and not unelected bureaucrats. Mom and Pops should pretty much to serve whomever they like in the manner they like. Let's the states regulate that if they want as long as they don't violate the owner's rights.

I am also a fan of greater shareholder rights and someone at these firms are making decisions that are bad business. Holding executives and politicians accountable and personally responsible (rather than voters or shareholder's) is a great idea. Someone's child dies at the hands of an illegal in a sanctuary city - allow them to sue the mayor for negligence...
