Hi Carol, I am sorry these posts seem so chilldish as they do to me also, but it is critical in importance.I am sure you have read about the attempt to gun my sons and I down going to services and I am sure you know about the Holocaust, anyway this evil needs to be exposed and brought into the light to be brought to an end. When people hear that they use scripture to promote their hatred, they become vulnerable to accepting these attitudes as Gods will. We pray and hope that we can at least through some doubt in minds that God does not hate or condone extermination of people.Including the people He chose to bring forth the Messiah and the Word of God. Jesus Himself said "do not think I have come to bring peace, no, I have come to bring a sword. Mother against daughter, etc,,, So there is no anticipation of peace until He returns now we are to show His love to the world as His witnesses even those that are evil.In Ezekiel God states that if you do not warn your brother of his error his sin will be upon your head, so we are expected by God to expose the error and most of all pray for them which we do. Evil is aggresive and will not stop by passiveness and positive attitudes it requires God, His will and His word to destroy evil works. This verse has meant alot to me through this. Do not be overcome by evil but overcome evil with good. Like I said as long as they are anti-semetic we will be pro-semetic. Nancy

Hi Carol, Your feelings about our loving Father are reassuring in this cold world. It is so refreshing to get a loving "hug" from Jesus. I have seen Jane post the same thoughts in different words. I have never been on the Meta thread and that will most likely not change. I have had more exposure to strange doctrines and astrology than I ever wanted through people I have known. Alarm bells always went off for me because I would remember what God has said about it and the heavy price Saul (first king of Israel) paid for consulting a medium about his future. So many of these mediums today that we see on TV claim a relationship with God that it does create questions when people seem to be involved in it and also say they follow Jesus. Remember the story of the slave girl Acts 16:16-18. She was getting information from a demon and it was accurate. We have to be careful not to be deceived by amazing things when it does not stand up to the testing of the spirits by the Word of God. With the massive deceptions the anti-christ and beast will use when they appear looming upon us we need to be trained to discern between the counterfeit and the true works of God. Or else we will be led astray. I am making no judgements just being helpful because I don't want anyone to be deceived by that kind of activity.
