Hi Don, There are 753,500 purchase warrants due on January 26/98 @$0.75 and another 1,000,000 warrants due on March 6/98 @ $0.75. To the best of my knowledge they are all held by the Smithers Group and mainly by G. Phillips. The way I is see it is that if ABX hasn't met their minimums OR at least the geology known to date would indicate they will, they would not be there spending a large amount of funds for the good health of PFG, and as we all know, those minimums are very high.
