No, any concealed carriers will do. It's not a racial thing. It would probably be advantageous for the concealed carriers if the police knew they WERE CC in advance, but, then they'd need a database. Can't have that, can we?

But, it's ok if they know they have any warrants, current registration and insurance, etc.
