I think that "...within the next 24 hours..." is an unsubstantiated promise but I do not believe it reflects anything serious. I think there are many groups involved in the release of a piece of precise data. That's what we're all waiting for now.

I believe they are waiting to be able to release the numbers and that the stock has come down too far on momentum, shorts and margin sales.
