Oh, so THOSE black people are the stupid ones. The ones who don't live in NYC. it's my understanding IMO you read something in a liberal publication and believe it's true cause it fits your bias. In places like rural MS, AL, SC, counties with a lot of blacks have a lot of whites too. They live in the same towns. If you closed a DMV in some town it'd affect the whites there as much as the blacks.
