Dear Ken: It's amazing that SMTK is over 27 and motoring while DCI which is one of the largest single shareholders of that company is doing the sidestroke.We have a book value of $1.12,an EPS of $.13 per share,over $21.0 million in quality assets,a current ratio of well over 2 times and a return on equity of 11.2%.This with our SMTK investment valued at cost on our books at $22.5 per share.In addition,we have just made, without doing anything,$1.5 million!Our stock is selling just over 1.5 times book.Did everyone thing for one moment that we were going to stand idly by and let this continue? Wait til the Marines land.
