Motorola and American Power Conversion Enter Into World-Wide Power Protection Purchase Agreement WEST KINGSTON, R.I., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- American Power Conversion (Nasdaq: APCC) (APC) today announced that Motorola and APC have entered into an agreement for world-wide purchases of uninterruptible power supplies (UPSs). This agreement allows Motorola's global operations to incorporate APC's reliable power protection and management products into their day-to-day network and system availability needs. Interested Motorola operations will be able to purchase any of APC's power protection products, including surge suppressors, UPSs, and UPS accessories, through their existing resellers.
