<AMD will be releasing the K6-300 3D in another 2-3 months, these chips will be a very serious threat to the Intel P-II series because primary benchmarks place them 30% faster than the P-II equivilant. >

Fact is that the PII is 36% faster than the equivilant K6, not the other way around.

Since AMD has "officially" released this part ... is this 266mhz K6 listed
on the AMD website as an official product ?? If not, why not ??

This is just more AMD HYPE ... Dave please explain why this "new AMD"
product (266mhz K6) is not listed on their Web Page!!
