Sorry, J#, while I agree with you htat CSCO has an outrageous PE, I still believe the stock will see 60 before breaking down (or a lower high), based on chart activity. If ya wanna buy low PE then buy CS, and yes, you'll make money, particularly if hte group is moving higher.

I don't usually buy or short a stock based on PE ratios....e.g., the disc drive makers/suppliers were great buys months ago based on their single digit PE's - but most all of them have tumbled 50% (WDC,SEG,RDRT, and APM, to name a few!).

Good luck with CSCO! (Never have owned it; out of COMS, and in CS.)
