What is wrong with him pointing out a "black cross" (whatever that means) and stating that he feels TLAB is going down. You accuse him of "baseless scare-mongering". Maybe he thinks you engage in "baseless hype-cheerleading". Either way who cares? You say positive things to help boost the stock price and he is saying negative things to try to knock the price down.
