This friend lives overseas and is buying for long term. My real question is, Can JMAR pull it off.... really perform the Launch we anticipate? The last two years show that it is an excellent choice for trading. Buy low, sell at the top of the hump...

A question to anyone out there. Is this ARPA money going to come in one big chunk, or in several installments as it has this past year? I believe from what I have heard that it will come in chunks. We need to know when the first amounts will be released. Who was it that posted the info that was announced at the Equities conference? Would like to know when we are going to see this.
