John, you are the author of the only research reports on Actrade, done under the banner Taglich Brothers, D'Amadeo, Wagner & Company and I find your post quite...interesting. Since you are likely the one who knows the story the best, please postulate the end of month runup in stock price.

Mr. Chew:

No offense to your projections, but they are not very sophisticated. Mr. pink has an LBO background so is accustomed to constructing financial models that might include the incurrence of debt and dilution to equity which you ignore. So he refutes the basic premise that they will grow at that rate for 6 years and that even if they do that they could do so without issuing stock/debt.

Mr. pink is in this till the single digits, which is where it belongs.

If you are a trader, you might consider just shorting month-end and covering at the beginning of the next month, but you will miss the collapse

Just MO on mr p. I find it hard to believe that he would find time to make comments in SI if he is who he says he is and more so if he actually manages what he says he does. Also, he got me thinking, so I spent several hours checking the threads of some of his claimed forcasts and several were BB stocks, so I would half expect them to do what they did. But more important to me was the fact that he didn't appear, as best as I could tell, on the threads until after the companies had already started their dives. I felt much better once I check him out.
However, the real reason of this post is to ask when you feel ACRT will post the lastest quarter earnings and what you feel they might be.
One more thing. I believe there is an analyst out there some where following ACRT with a strong buy as indicated on Yahoo but I don't know who it is. quote.yahoo.com
Thanks for all you past info. MJS
