You're right. But also we have to look at the doller value of the trades. I'm mean we are in the "pennies" now. I don't want raise the ghost of optimism, but was thinking. Whether HVSF wins the patent challenge or not, if they have a better delivery system than the competitor, in a solution that may afford better initial distribution of the "drug" and thereby a better "response", and the "competitor" sees this......plus they have all these "other" challenges to the product, what would be going through the the competitors 'mind" if they have any business sense at all. HMMMM???? This along with the facts that the competitor already has plants being built both nationally and internationally........
