Micah Lance. I'm raising cash all right, but that is not my intent. I'd like to put it work, but I've no conviction about any buys at this point. So many stocks are up, I fear entering or adding. And given I expect interest rates to increase, I'm reluctant to hold low yielding reit/mlp/bdc stocks in which I had previously been willing to park money.

Of course, with holding cash or raising cash, for whatever reason, I guess many of us are in similar situation. As I believe can be seen by the very few stock buys that are mentioned here. Not many of us are finding or buying (i.e. posting about making buys).

I nibble a little only. Bit more AMZN, also BABA (also mentioned by staring), more NSRGY, tad of AL, NWHM. Hard to call anything a value buy. I cancel good-'til-cancelled orders -- potential stock buys have moved too far above my purchase price. Cash builds to highest ever amount.
