As Paul Ryan told "60 Minutes" that's all going to require many $$$$ billions in additional government funding, beyond that already being spent on Obama's "The Affordable Care Act".

I can't wait to see what comes out of the Congressional Sausage Factory over the next four years. Nobody knows where this is going to lead, especially those who're sure they know what'll happen.

If you like your current Medicare, and can afford the new higher escalating premiums, you can keep your current Medicare.

Billions $$$$ in new subsidies could keep the value of the Ryan-Medicare-Vouchers comparable to the cost of the new private premium costs. Elderly people are really costly to insure.
