When you hear environmental groups complaining about Scott Pruitt, remember that these groups are going to get hit hard financially because the EPA will get out of the business of shaking down corporations to fund leftwing groups. When it comes to federal agencies and departments in need of a severe culling and makeover, the EPA is right near the top of the list, along with State, the DOJ and the IRS, to name a few others. Some, like the Departments of Education and Energy, could well do with being abolished altogether. Don't have a link, but I read that about half of the wealthiest per capita counties in the US are clustered around Washington DC. I'd love to see the unemployment rate head upwards for the vast, metastasizing array of bureaucrats, lobbyists, lawyers and assorted parasites feeding there off the taxpayers..
