My 2 cents without much digging: autos are towards the end of their cycle. Ford has guided a few times over the past year that they believe the industry is at its peak for this cycle, so this could potentially be priced in.

The only auto stock I own is F. Was concerned by the industry's unfunded pension liabilities and w/ GM's BK, they cleaned up that liability.

I do like the value prospects in the companies that make the components and robotic assembly machines. Many of the companies are too large to benefit from incremental growth but I monitor BV over time to see if they can grow that.

I mentioned some of the component companies up thread.
