OT To: jwk Re: thankless job

Don't you think I know it????

It's just that it is very frustrating to spend what seems like hours each day wading through crap.

I really appreciate the insightful analysis posted by some here on the thread, and hang on every word.

It's just that I really wish this thread became more of a useful tool so that I could really devote the time needed to read these specific posts.

As for me, the only reason I come back (it seems like after regular intervals) is due to inquiries from those such as yourself that do post good solid information and raise questions that I feel able to answer.

But, Jack, you are truly becoming the minority. I hope that you do continue to post so that I can attempt to make more informed investment decisions.

My only regret is that Rocky should have been more vocal when Iomega was at $33 about how bad the company is so I could have sold everything at that time. Not that it's at $24.75, I have no intention of listening to his silly ruminations at this level.

Perhaps when we hit $33 again in a few weeks, Rock could come back then to scare me out of the stock.

Then I would be truly grateful (unless of course it continues up to $40 at that point).

Anyway, will spend the day couch-potatoing watching the football games. Hope you enjoy your Sunday too.

Allen -- could you please expand on this a bit...even if it is just conjecture. If it's some type of inside info, then I think thread custom (couldn't figure out how to spell eddicate) requires you to spill all the beans (we, of course, will keep it confidential).<<

JWK -

I have information, from reliable sources, that the Buz beta program was completed in early December. This leads me to believe that the shipping date is not far off.

Can't really say more. And before anyone asks, no I do not have some source of inside information at Iomega, so I cannot find out more about this.
