Hi Richard: it does two different things, first, if the stock drops rapidly it makes you exit. if the stock is trending lower it allows you to stay short until the trend has turned up. the system did test better with both exits rather than either exit by itself. i'm not proud of the system, i'm just trying to find something better. best regards peter
