September 2010: More elements of the Affordable Care Act go into effect: No lifetime dollar limits on health care coverage; dependent children allowed to stay on parents’ insurance until age 26; no pre-existing exclusions for those under age 19; insurers barred from requiring co-payments for preventive care and vaccinations." The chart you posted shows the same trend in premium cost it's always had but now 20 million more are insured, kids stay on parents plan until age 26, there are no rejections for pre-conditions, and about 20 exam tests are free......
