Jenna,

I have to admit, if you have only been trading as your profile admits only a few years, you are truly amazing.

Your current understanding of the market is exceptional.

I have been burned in oil stocks before starting w/ T. Boon Pickens and Mesa, and XCL, well, it amounts to timing because I could have made out on both. I vowed to stay away from oil.

I'm good/lucky in Techs. either way your philosophy is very sound, I'm surprised your returns are only 30%

You did not comment on ESV, I have worked for owners of drilling companies while I lived in Dallas, they seem to be washed in cash. My view is there is a shortage of drilling rigs in the gulf. supply/demand margins must rise for a few companies at this current opportunity (DO,ESV)

My current long positions are:

INTC, ASND, RMBS,QWST,QCOM,TDFX,SYSF, AMZN(short)

contemplating: IRIDF, GSTRF,LSI,CYMI

I'm alittle worried about a market correction between Feb-June because of Asian crisis.

Jeff

Jenna,

The tech sector is oversold. All Fidelity technology Select
Funds are way behind XCI (Computer Technology Index).

Watch list for January 5:

HTCH 23.38
KLAC 40.50
SCOP 12.94
