My response about U.S. government contracting was meant to be impressionistic; I subsequently clarified that I don't have any hard info one way or another, just my feelings based on what I have seen in my agency.

Tomorrow I have to take a finance program written for Windows 3.1 and try to make it work on a Windows 95 machine. Like virtually every custom piece of software we have received from independent vendors, it is buggy as hell and not versatile or scalable. Maybe I was transferring some of that pent-up resentment to ZITL. On the other hand, like you said ZITL has to produce real news and results to convince the longs to stay and the shorts to back off.

I'm pleased to see a dedicated, realistic long point of view on this thread again.

Good luck.

DD,

Happy New Year to you! I wish you a wonderful and prosperous one! DD I can assure you many things about me would surprise you much more than the fact that I don't listen to stodgy music! :) You are correct about the fact that a translation always has the accent of the translatee! And I didn't mean my comments to be directed at you about that! I had noticed since the original post that started this, not one mention of Nevada had come up. Its like forgotten. However to answer your question honestly I havent heard a thing since last November having to do with them, and apologize if my post led you to believe different. I cant seem to break away completely from this stock, but have in fact reduced time invested in it to a BEAR minimum. As I mentioned I feel there are some good bargains in other areas at current. I will after I get settled in for the new year due a little digging again. The reason being yes the men you mentioned involved her are highly intelligent and not blind, they did see something. However sometimes even the Best game plans wont execute. I would love to see them be able to truly do what they claim, help all affected companies correct all their Y2K problems quickly and efficiently. And at a hint of anything major happening their way will try to participate. OK Im going to see if I can get in 18! Have a good day yourself! :)

Happy Trading

Stan

That's where I'm at. If there's nothing there why hasn't Esping/BRC left; why did Chait leave Stanford Research; why is NG risking their standing and status with the Fed. Govt. by using a borderline upstart like MD who hasn't verified to the world it even has a product; and where did they get the $14M they blew last year?? Point is I can't write this company off until somebody answers those questions for me and IMO I don't have long to wait. I'm past the hard part :)

The so-called "successful people with solid careers behind them" will be with ZITL/MD as long as there are gullible longs.

This is a company which does not lose any opportunity for hyping
things up - does anyone remember the comment that they are getting
into data-warehousing which is supposedly bigger than the y2k
market. If they have successfully completed the Nevada code
conversion, they would have been very quick to announce it to the
whole world.

You don't have long to wait before you see Zitl at < $5

Regards
Rajiv
