Milwaukee is holding back the results for the same reason. They are DIRTY. LA and SF and most of California is DIRTY. NYC is DIRTY, as is Chicago. Trump won by 10 to 20 million. It was an electoral landslide. A MANDATE from the people to drain the swamp. If the Dems thought Hillary was so popular, they should have changed the election BEFORE the voting, and not whimper, whine, and snivel like babies for months after it.
