With my Libertarian ideology, I tend to see governments as the most dangerous part of life and if we count the corpses, that's certainly the case. It's interesting that you so easily go along with the criminals who temporarily got possession of the state [Clapper, Obama, Lois Lerner, Nuland, Clinton et al].

As I pointed out, it's not much defence when the prosecutors arrive to say "Everyone was doing it and they told me I had to keep their criminal activities quiet and go along with doing it too". As I explained, people can't agree to do illegal things just because it's some government people telling them to commit crimes.

Anyway, if Snowden does go back to the USA, then a court will give more consideration than the lynch mob mentality you advocate.
