Check your numbers. What locality did you get that $1500 premium with $6000 deductible from? I see Chicago 2017 premiums will range from Bronze at $376 to Platinum at $827 for a 50 year old male earning $50K (No subsidy). There are several Gold and higher plans with $1750 deductible, and many of the low end plans have a $3000 deductible. Look it up yourself: healthcare.gov If you have to re-enter data, use ZIP 60609 Or post data that substantiates your numbers.
