When I go to HMSA and enter the example: 50 year old male earning $50,000, I get:

You may qualify for a subsidy
Thanks! Based on your answers, you may qualify for a subsidy and should buy your coverage on healthcare.gov, the federal health insurance marketplace.

When I go to Healthcare.gov, I get the numbers I posted.

Nowhere is there a plan with a $1500 premium and a $6000 deductible.

Those numbers may be accurate somewhere, but nobody here has been able to demonstrate that.

Please post, if you can, a link that shows a plan that costs $1500 with a $6000 deductible.

Until then, it's just more Trump locker room talk.

So, here we are...

Me, a lifelong hard-working liberal Democrat, I have positioned myself to be able to provide healthcare for myself and my family, at a cost I can afford without having to complain to anyone about it, and

You, a conservative Republican who apparently hasn't been able to do any of those things, while spending several hours a day crying about it on the internet.

I thought you Republicans prided yourselves on being self-sufficient and taking responsibility for yourselves.

All I see from you is that for some reason you're not self-sufficient enough to figure out a way to be able to afford health insurance.

Have you considered getting a job?

That would be a good first step.
