"Wanabee" is your opinion, not fact. However, assuming you are correct, we have a very effective system of checks and balances to guard against your fears. You know I am not going to just let those pass so why waste your time. It just makes you look petty and desperate. >>>A dictator is a type of person.<<< For someone to become a dictator they must have the character (attitudes, behaviors, etc). These are formed in part by a life of elitism, living above or as an exception to the rules, getting away with it for so long that you believe you should always have unchallenged power. I agree Trump has the characteristics but not control over the components that would make it possible for him to be a Dictator of America. For that matter, Hillary has those characteristics.
